CB5 or Chatur Big Five is an online Indian Personality Psychomeric test based on the Five Factor Model.
The CB5 Certification Program is a 3 day training program to help practitioners interpret the different CB5 reports and use the assessment for different applications.

Chatura is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, a Certified Executive Coach, a trained Assessor and Master Trainer on the Five Factor Model. She has designed and facilitated several behavioural and leadership training programs for small and large corporations. She has over two decades of experience of working with the industry and has used a wide spectrum of Psychometric Assessments. Chatura has presented papers in National and International Conferences and has worked across geographies, from all over India, USA, Europe, China and South East Asia.

Jayant Damle

Jayant is the Founder Director of Chatur Knowledge Networking Pvt. Ltd. He is the Co-author of CB5- Chatur Big Five and Chatur inSights, a 360 Multi-rater instrument. Jayant is a Certified Executive Coach, a trained Assessor and Master Trainer on the Five Factor Model. He has several years of experience of working with a wide spectrum of Psychometric Assessments. Jayant has worked across geographies, from all over India, USA, Europe, China and South East Asia. Jayant is a Life Member of MENSA India and holds a Bachelors in Electronics and Telecommunications from Manipal Institute of Technology and a MS in Computer Sciences from Syracuse University, USA.
