CB5 helps in building Self Awareness. Identifying and Capitalising on ones strengths and working on areas of improvement will lead one on a Developmental path.

The CANOE+ Report will give the test taker a detailed input on self preferences as compared to a large norm group.
The Report narrates an individual’s behavior preferences on the 5 super-traits of the Five Factor Model and 25 subtraits - on a total of 30 scales.

In addition the individual can attend a program The BIG 5 Mirror that helps one to understand the nuances of the 5+25 traits and reflect on their behavior choices in variety of situations.

In addition the STUDENT can get the CAREER SHAKTI report.
CB5 traits are mapped on the Holland Hexagon Model (RIASEC) giving a specific input on how one's personality will impact a career choice. The Career Shakti Report gives directions on possible career choices.

We strongly recommend that this report be used in combination with an Aptitude Test and also in consultation with a trained Career Counselor.

Further the Jodi Report generates a joint report of 2 employees. This report helps to build interpersonal sensitivity and brings about better alignment between 2 individuals working together.

The CANOE+ Report will give the manager a detailed input on self preferences as compared to a large norm group. The Report narrates an individual’s behavior preferences on the 5 super-traits of the Five Factor Model and 25 subtraits - on a total of 30 scales. This report can be used for Selection and Building Interpersonal Sensitivity in the Team.

In addition a Manager can get a specific report called MANAGER Shakti.This Report will give a measure of SHAKTI/ENERGY that his/her Personality gives him/her to perform on a set of Managerial Competencies..

The Manager can also generate various SHAKTI Reports like Operations, Sales, Leader etc. These and the Career Shakti report can be used by the Manager to make Placement decisions as well as Development of his/her direct reports.
